PURPOSE:To prevent misoperation, caused by noise generation or the like, by providing a fixed current source connected to a current mirror circuit, transmission gate for controlling switching of a reference current in the before- mentioned current mirror circuit and an integrator to which an output of this transmission gate is input. CONSTITUTION:A current mirror circuit is constituted of PCHMOSFET 2. PCHMOSFETs 5-1, 5-n, transmission gates 6-1, 6-n, inverters 8-1, 8-n are provided with a switch function of on-off controlling PCHMOSFETs 9-1, 9-n by DATA 1, n. A signal of the DATA 1, n is supplied to the PCHMOSFETs 9-1, 9-n by the PCHMOSFETs 5-1, 5-n, transmission gates 6-1, 6-n and the inverters 8-1, 8-n. Integrators 7-1, 7-n output a waveform of trapezoidal shape. |
