It consists of a base plate 1 on which it includes an electric micromotor 2 supplied by batteries 3 or accumulators, which motor, by means of a reduction system 4, transmits revolutions to a shaft 5 whose respective ends constitute cranks 6 and 7 which, via individual connecting rods 8 and 9, transmit oscillations in opposite directions to two twin levers 10 and 11 whose lower ends 12 and 13 pass via grooves 14 and 15 in the base plate 1 in order to be connected with two parallel sliders 16 and 17 coupled respectively to guides of longitudinal slides under said base plate 1 to which it transmits rectilinear to-and-fro movements in opposite directions, each slider 16 and 17 consisting of an elongate rigid body for being coupled to the base plate, having, at the bottom, abutting, a strip of foam 18 and, glued to the latter, a rubber strip 19 with spheroidal protuberances 20 on its lower face and in a staggered arrangement, the entire upper mechanism of the base plate 1 being protected by an anatomical casing or cover 21 which can be held in one hand with the aid of a safety strap 22. <IMAGE>
