PURPOSE:To extend the remote distance between electrode terminals without changing the size of a ceramic substrate and obtain sufficient insulating property by forming a plurality of step parts on the end part on which electrode terminals are protruded, and distributing and protruding a plurality of electrode terminals on the end surfaces of the step parts. CONSTITUTION:The end part of a ceramic substrate 3 on which respective electrode terminals 7-15 are protruded is formed into a step form having two step parts, in which the electrode terminals 13, 15 are protruded on the end surface of the lower step part, and the electrode terminals 7-11 on the end surface of the upper step part. As the electrode terminals 7-15 are distributed and protruded on the end surfaces of the respective step parts thus formed on the substrate end part, the remote distance between the electrode terminals can be extended without changing the size of the ceramic substrate. |
