It is based on the covering of the front end of the coil 1 with a capsule 4 of moulded synthetic material, which is incorporated by impregnation in the resin after the inner covering of the coil on the basis of impregnation with resin and a strip of glass fibre 3, said capsule 4 having a peripheral annular wing, with which it is superposed on the coil 1, thus itself ensuring it is held, in order to remain permanently fixed by the corresponding casing of outer covering, provision having been made for the aforesaid capsule 4 to be able to have, in addition, a further internal annular wing for fitting, in turn, inside the coil 1, and for both the internal and external wings to be able to be an extension which can vary up to even equalling the length of the coil 1. <IMAGE>
