<p>PURPOSE:To prevent flowing of high voltage on an apparatus caused by the contact of the primary side winding and the secondary side winding by a method wherein a ferrite core, which magnetically couples between the primary side winding and the secondary side winding, and an earthing plate, which maintains the ferrite core at earthing voltage, are provided in the title heating device. CONSTITUTION:An earthing plate 11 is a spring-like metal thin plate of bronz and the like, it is inserted into the pawl part 6a of a bobbin 6, and a pin 11a is inserted into the bobbin 6 penetrating the earthing the earthing plate 11. Also, the earthing plate 11 is pinched by a ferrite core 3 and the bobbin 6. A core clip 12 is formed by molding a spring-like round bar of bronz and the like into U-shape, it is pushed-in along the groove provided on ferrite cores 1 and 2, the ferrite cores 1 and 2 are pinched from right and left sides. Pins 10a and 10b and the pin 11a, which is penetrating the earthing plate 11, are inserted into the hole of a printed board 12a, and electric contact is accomplished by soldering them to the pattern part located on the rear side of the printed board 12a.</p> |
