PURPOSE:To surely set inspecting procedure corresponding to an inspecting device by outputting an identification signal generated from an identification signal generation circuit to a control part as digital data by a data output circuit. CONSTITUTION:The 1st inspecting device 100 is provided with the identification signal generation circuit consisting of a constant voltage generation circuit 101 which generates the specified identification signal corresponding to the inspecting device and a voltage division circuit 102, and the data output circuit consisting of an A/D converter 103 which outputs the identification signal outputted from the identification signal generation circuit to the control part 104 as the digital data. According to a program for actuating the inspecting device 100, the inspecting procedure corresponding to each inspecting device and the identification data of the inspecting device corresponding to the procedure are set and the identification data is compared with the identification signal by the comparison means of the control part 104. Based on the compared result by the comparison means, the control part 104 selects the inspection procedure corresponding to the inspection device 100 through an inspection signal generation circuit 108 and a signal processing circuit 110 so as to execute inspection. |
