<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the necessity of a refresh room and to reduce the number of lighting equipments which give a high illuminance by providing a pneumatic stimulating device having a blower, an audio stimulating device adapted to be set at a position near to the ears of the user and a control device for controlling these devices in accordance with a previously set time schedule. CONSTITUTION:A sensor section 1 measures a degree of relaxation at predetermined intervals. A speaker section 11 in an audio stimulating device issues masking sound such as music, white noise or the like. A control device 12 controls vibro-stimulation from a relaxing device 14 so as to lead the user into a relaxed condition in few minutes. Since this condition is held for about seven minutes, the user sometimes falls into a slight sleep condition. After the seven minutes elapses, the illuminance of an opto-stimulating device is gradually increased up to an original value by about one minute, and then it flashes for ten seconds so that the level of the user's wake-up naturally rises. With this arrangement, the user can be relaxed for several minutes, and thereafter his wake-up level can be raised by high illuminance stimulation and pneumatic stimulation, thereby it is possible to relieve his stress in his office.</p> |
