MOBILE OBJECT IDENTIFICATION DEVICE

PURPOSE:To reduce the consumption of a built-in battery in a reception amplifier by operating a reception amplifier intermittently till a call signal is received. CONSTITUTION:A switching element 10 controlled by an output of a timer function of a microcomputer 7 being a signal processing circuit is inserted to a supplying line through which power is supplied from a built-in battery 3 to a reception amplifier 6. Till a reception signal of a call signal is inputted to the microcomputer 7, the microcomputer 7 turns on/off at a prescribed interval with the power supply from the built-in battery 3 to operate the reception amplifier 6 intermittently. Thus, the power consumption in the reception amplifier 6 is decreased and the wear of the built-in battery 3 is decreased.
