POWER VOLTAGE TRACKING CIRCUIT FOR BIT LINE STABILIZATION

The power supply voltage tracking circuit which provides a lower predetermined voltage than a power supply voltage in response to the change of the power supply voltage includes the first and second nodes and a output line for applying a power supply voltage. A load means which connects between the first and secodn nodes (34,40) precharges the output line (32) with a predetermined voltage. A means which connects between the first and second nodes charges the second node, and another means discharges the output line with a predetermined voltage according to the charging voltage of the second node.
