PURPOSE:To enable position setting of an ornamental panel to a main body and its fixing to the main body to be carried out simply and positively within a short period of time by a method wherein a suction port is placed adjacent to one side of the lower surface of the main body to form a stepped part, a concave part is formed by a partition plate and drain pan and at the same time the ornamental panel is provided with the stepped part and a fixing double hole for fixing a guide side well and the main body to be engaged in the concave part. CONSTITUTION:A stepped part 25 lower surface of a main body 1 is arranged in proximity to a suction port 3. A concave part 26 formed by a partition plate 20 and a drain pan 24 is arranged between a blowing port 4 and the suction port 3. A main body 1 of a ceiling buried type air-conditioner is arranged on the rear side of a ceiling 21 by hanger bolts 5. It is installed in such a way as the lower surface of the main of the main body is exposed from the opening 20 of the ceiling 21 toward the room side. An ornamental plate 29 is temporarily fitted in a fixing double hole 30 by fixing screws 27 having a washer 28 fixed to the lower surface of the main body 1 and then each of the guide side walls 32 of the ornamental panel 29 is position set while being abutted against the step part 25, concave part 26 and the blowing port 4 and the fixing screws 27 are fastened and fixed to the main body 1. The opening 20 at the ceiling part is closed in this way. |
