PURPOSE:To efficiently remove a residual gate by holding a blood-sampling pipe by many pieces of longitudinal grooves provided at equal intervals to the whole circumferential edge face of a turntable and performing gate treatment by the horn of an ultrasonic wave welder which is positioned just above the temporarily stopped blood- sampling pipe. CONSTITUTION:An ultrasonic wave welder 9 fitted with a welding time setting timer is equipped on the upper face of a mechanical base 2. The horn 10 of this ultrasonic wave welder 9 is supported in a state wherein it is positioned just above a pretreatment blood-sampling pipe 1a and also can be vertically moved by a cylinder 12. The said pipe 1a is stood and arranged on a carrier conveyor 6 in an inverse state wherein the bottom is positioned to the upper part and in a state free from a gap. This pipe 1a is pushed on the outer circumferential face of a turnable 3 by the feeding force of the carrier conveyor 6 and successively engaged into the longitudinal grooves 4. The pipe 1a engaged into the longitudinal grooves 4 is transferred and stopped just under the horn 10 of the gate treatment part 16 by the repeated actuation of rotation and stopping of the turntable 3. At a time of this stopping, the pipe 1a is held by a work press member 13 and also the horn 10 is lowered during this holding and quenching treatment of a gate 15 remaining to the bottom of the pipe 1a is performed. |
