<p>PURPOSE:To cut even an asymmetrical pipe by expressing a cutter locus with an orthogonal coordinate based on the input data of the cutting conditions of the pipe, and controlling the driving motor of a cutter head, in the cutting machine which travels synchronously with a pipe forming speed and cuts the pipe. CONSTITUTION:The cutter heads 14, 15 having a guide mechanism (sliding device 17) linearly moved in orthogonal two axial directions and a feeding mechanism and mealing cutters 12, 13 and a clamp device 23 holding a pipe 4 by locating at the vicinity of mealing cutters 12, 13, are provided on a travelling truck 24. Also, a control unit 25 controls the feed driving motors 18, 19, 20, 21 of the cutter heads 14, 15 based on the input data of the cutting conditions of the pipe 4. The pipe 4 is fixed by a clamp device 23, when the truck 24 is travelled and becomes at the same speed as a pipe forming speed, the cutter heads 14, 15 subjected to the two axial feed controlling of an X axis, Y axis, etc., move independently and the asymmetrical pipe 4 becomes cuttable as well.</p> |
