The dispensing vessel is for free-flowing material, having a rigid and pressure-resistant outer portion (1) with discharge valve (9) and containing a flexible inner one (4) communicating with the valve. The intervening space (7) contains a propellant under pressure, compressing the inner one on opening the valve. Inside the inner portion is a flexible sterile vessel (16) containing the material (F).
