APPARATUS FOR CONTROLLING THE LEVEL OF RADIO FREQUENCY POWER OF PORTABLE PHONE

A new controller features regulating RF power without using booster module especially when using hand held phone (HHP) as mobile phone. Therefore it provides a circuitry selecting output reference voltage matched to the mode selected from the mobile attenuation code (MAC) logic signal. This controller system comprises logic controller generating the first and second logic signal of minimum 5 bit by the cell site signal, switching circuit (1) selecting the first or second voltage supply (High or low level) by logic signal, comparator amplifier (2) with feedback RF amplying voltage, the first & second power amplifier (3)(4) giving RF power level matched by the mode of mobile phone. Especially RF power is easily controllable with variable resistor VR1.
