PURPOSE:To prepare the title compsn. excellent in the solvent (oil) resistance, impact strength, and moldability by compounding a rubber-modified styrenic resin contg. a rubber dispersed in a specific form, a polyolefin resin, and a compatibilizer. CONSTITUTION:The title compsn. is prepd. by compounding: 100 pts.wt. resin blend comprising 51-95wt.% rubber-modified styrenic resin contg. a rubber dispersed as particles having an occlusion structure and 49-5wt.% polyolefin resin; with 5-40 pts.wt. compatibilizer. The rubber-modified styrenic resin pref. comprises a styrenic polymer wherein a rubber is dispersed as particles having the occlusion structure with a symmetry plane, an area-average particle diameter of 0.1-0.7mum, and a ratio of the area-average to the number-average particle diameter of 1.0-2.5. |
