<p>PURPOSE:To reduce a line usage charge by preserving and restoring picture information on a terminal equipment side when it is necessary to preserve and restore the picture information. CONSTITUTION:When input information 3 is received, an input information judgement part 131 compares a transmission key identifier in the input information 3 with a transmission key identifier in a picture transmission key memory area 1311 by a picture transmission key detection part 1313 and when this identifier is a picture preservation key, a picture information fetch part 132 is instructed to fetch the picture information from a display part 12. When the identifier is not the picture preservation key, the transmission key identifier in the input picture information 3 is compared with the transmission key identifier in a picture transmission key memory area 1312 by a picture restorage key detection part 1314 and when this is a picture restorage key, a picture information reader part 134 is instructed to read out the picture information from a picture information memory area 135. Thus, it is not necessary to exchange the picture information between a host computer 2 and a terminal equipment 1 and the line usage charge is reduced.</p> |
