PURPOSE:To obtain a machine for filling packs with bean curd, improving efficiency of bean curd production and mass producing bean curd by fractionating bean curd at a point of time of packing and making immersion time in water longer. CONSTITUTION:In the above-mentioned packing machine, an immersion transporting part (a) carries out local transportation of bean curd of laterally cut size and whole transportation of successively sending platy bulky bean curd 2 to the forefront row. A laterally transporting part (b) crosswise cuts the platy bulky bean curd 2 arranged in the forefront row into a square plate state of given size. Short bean curd such as cotton-strained bean curd is directly transported forward as it is after lateral cutting and tall bean curd such as silk strained bean curd is crosswise cut in such a way that the lateral cutting size is made into a tall dimension after filling in pack and is turned sideways and transported forward. Since the packing device (c) laterally cuts and fractionates bean curd 22 in a square plate state on a placing stand 14 just before filling into pack, shape collapse during transportation will not occur and transportation can be speeded up. |
