SHERBET-LIKE DRINK AND SEMI-FROZEN DRINK

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a drink capable of changing into sherbet form, readily edible, when the drink is taken out of a vessel by chilling a carbon dioxide- containing drink to a specific temperature and freezing the drink in foamy or porous state. CONSTITUTION:An alcoholic or non-alcoholic carbon dioxide-containing drink is subjected to a freezing treatment in a vessel at -10 to -25 deg.C (treating time is pref. for 30-10 minutes) to provide a sherbet-like drink kept in a foamy or porous form in the vessel and changed into sherbet when the vessel is opened.
