发明名称 ANODE COOLING DEVICE IN LASER OSCILLATOR
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent galvanic corrosion at a part which supplies or drains a cooling water of an anode and prevent an oxide from being adhered to a part which supplies and drains the cooling water of a cooling water manifold by placing the anode and a cathode opposingly and by providing an electrode for generating oxygen to the part which supplies and drains cooling water for the anode. CONSTITUTION:An electrode for generating oxygen 63 consisting of a metal titanium bar which is form example platinum-plated is provided within a block 27 of an entrance 23 and a joint 29 for supplying cooling water to a cathode 9. A screw part 63E is formed at a rear-edge part of this electrode for generating oxygen 63 and is mounted to the block 27 so that it can be inserted and extracted. A rear part 63B of the electrode for generating oxygen 63 is for example a titanium bar which is for example 3phi, a front part 63F is a titanium bar which is for example 1phi, the surface is plated with a platinum which is approximately 10mum thick, and the titanium bar is inserted into a joint 29 and a hose 31. When leakage current flows to the joint 29 through the cooling water, oxygen-generation reaction occurs on the surface of the platinum 63F for enabling an oxide to be adhered to and no oxide is adhered to the inner surface of the joint 29, thus preventing galvanic corrosion.
