PURPOSE:To pattern the surface of a molded product simultaneously with blow molding of a parison or a sheet, by a method wherein a patterned film is fed along a surface side of the parison or the sheet while feeding the parison or the sheet of synthetic resin extruded through a die in a space of the broken molding tool. CONSTITUTION:A blow molding tool 5 is formed by dividing the same into two. At the time of feeding of a parison 2 and patterned film 3, the molding tool 5 is broken so that a gap necessary for feed of those can be made and the molding tool 5 is clamped after feeding of the parison 2 and patterned film 3 and pinching and holding of the parison 2 and patterned film 3 are performed with a joint of the mold 5. The fringe of the parison 2 is blocked up with sealing, the mold is clamped while blowing a fluid into the parison, pressurized fluid is sent into the parison 2 and the parison 2 to be followed by the patterned film 3 is expanded until a molding space of the mold 5 is filled completely with the same. With this construction, a molded product in the same form as that of the space is molded of the parison and patterning where a pattern (a) of the patterned film 3 is stuck is completed. |
