摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent the variation of the steering torque by cancelling the steering torque variation portion of a steering wheel which is varied according to the change of the attitude of a vehicle due to the auxiliary steering, by the additional assisting force of a power steering means. CONSTITUTION:In a controller 82 into which the output signals of a car speed sensor 84 and a steering angle sensor 86 are inputted, when a rack 20 is shifted in the axial direction by the turn of a pinion 24 due to the steering of a steering wheel 22, and the steering for front wheels 10 is started, the prescribed calculation is carried out, and each prescribed control signal is outputted into the front/rear wheel pressure control valves 72 and 74 and a flow rate control valve 56. Accordingly, the front/rear wheel actuators 30 and 58 and a power steering cylinder 44 are driven, and each prescribed auxiliary steering angle is provided for the front/rear wheels 10 and 12. Further, though an additional assisting force is applied on the front wheel 10, the additional assisting force is determined to the value which is obtained by cancelling the steering torque variation portion of the steering wheel 22 which is varied according to the change of the attitude of a vehicle due to the auxiliary steering.
