<p>PURPOSE:To increase survival ratio of nerve cell by culturing the nerve cell in a medium containing ascorbic acid phosphate. CONSTITUTION:Nerve cell is cultured in a medium containing ascorbic acid phosphate. As the nerve cell, e.g. central nerve cell or peripheral nerve cell, is exemplified. As the central nerve cell, e.g. central nerve cell of human, rat, mouse or fowl is exemplified. Furthermore, as the peripheral nerve cell, e.g. peripheral nerve cell of human, rat, mouse or fowl is exemplified. As the medium, any medium generally used in cultivation of nerve cell may be used. As the ascorbic acid phosphate, e.g. L-ascorbic acid-2-phosphate or L-ascorbic acid-3-phosphate is exemplified and the former is more preferable.</p> |
