This double-bottomed sealed packaging for baking ready and frozen foods is comprised of two parallelepiped baking pans (1 and 2), placed one inside the other (3) with reinforced aluminium foil, hermetically sealing the foods (4). Foods are placed in the package's small baking pan, especially processed for baking in an oven, and are then frozen at -40 degrees Celsius, after which they are ready for oven baking and consumption, with savings in time and energy. Advantages of this invention are that this special packaging allows processing of large quantities of traditional recipes and any kind of Greek products (farm products, poultry, meats and sea foods), to be frozen for export or domestic use, at the same time assuring valuable foreign exchange, economy in food preparation, new tastes available to consumers and very little preparation time for baking foods. |
