The cooling plate, made of material which is a good conductor of heat, is cooled by intimate contact of its underface with at least one small thick plate of metal which is a good conductor of heat, for diffusion of cold, storing the cold energy produced by the Peltier effect, the edges and the underface of the cooling plate being thermally isolated with the small thick plate. This device makes it possible to obtain and keep, at the surface of the cooling plate, a homogeneous temperature of the order of a few degrees centigrade in a room temperature of 15 to 25 DEG C. <IMAGE> |
