PURPOSE:To properly improve biased abrasion resistance by changing the pitch length of each land section, and setting the angle of the corner section at each land section smaller on the land section with a longer pitch length in longitudinal land section groups formed on the tread of a tire. CONSTITUTION:The tread of a tire is divided into multiple longitudinal block groups 5-7 and a rib 8 by multiple peripheral grooves 1a-1c and lateral groves 2a-2e, 3a-3e, 4 crossing each other. The following relations are set: P1 <P2<P3<P4<P5, where P1-P5 indicate pitch lengths of blocks 6a-6e along the peripheral groove 1c in the longitudinal block group 6, for example. The obtuse angles alpha1-alpha5 of corners 9a pinched by the peripheral grooves 1c and the lateral grooves 3a-3e of the blocks 6a-6e are set smaller on the block with a longer pitch length so as to satisfy the relations: alpha1>alpha2>alpha3>alpha4>alpha5. |
