The invention relates to an apparatus for measuring the pressure which a wheel of a vehicle fitted with a tyre exerts on the ground. It comprises a flexible tube (1), at each end of which is mounted a plug (2, 3) solidly attached to the other by longitudinal linkage means (9 to 12), one of the plugs (3) furthermore including tubular means (13) passing through its end wall (7) and receiving, on its outer end, the tube (15) of a manometer (16), the tube (1) and the two plugs (2, 3) forming a closed chamber filled with an incompressible medium. <IMAGE>
