CONTROL AND SIZING METHOD IN REAL TIME OF THE SETTLING DEGREE OF MOULDING BATCHES FOR SHAKING FORMING MACHINES

The invention concerns a control and sizing method in real time of the settling degree of moulding batches for shaking forming machines. In accordance with this invention, the method consists of placing two accelerometers on a shaker, in particular on a moulding batch. For each shock, the accelerometers send electrical signals based upon the intensity of the shock in the relevant points to two measuring amplifiers and two peak detector circuits that determine and store the peak of these signals. The signals are then processed by an arithmetic unit based upon the following formula (a - b)/a. The result is correlated with the settling degree and analyzed through a control system that controls the measurements, displays the result through an interface, and stops the vibrating machine when the required degree of settling has been reached.
