摘要

Medicament-contg. chewing gum with imoroved delivery properties comprises a chewing gum with a moisture content up to ca. 0.3 wt.% of final compsn. contg. water-insoluble particulate medicament (I) which has been spray dried with sugar, the gum including: (a) a gum base which softens at 40 60 deg.C; (b) a softener; and (c) a sweetening agent, at least part being co-spray dried with (I); and the gum compsn. having an equilibrium relative humidity lower than the ambient relative humidity.
