PURPOSE:To prevent information processing from being delayed and inaccurately executed due to manual operation by automatically executing the delibery of fault parts when an information processor is in a fault. CONSTITUTION:When the information processor 1 is in the fault, a service processor 2 reads out internal information, detects fault parts and transmits information including at least fault part identification (ID) information or including the failed reason of the detection of fault parts as fault information to the remote maintenance system 4 through a communication lines 3. In this system 4, the fault information is received by a fault information receiving means 5 while controlling the lines 3, transmitted to an inventory management system control means 6 and analyzed by a fault information analyzing part 11 and the fault parts ID information is extracted by a parts ID information extracting part 12 and inputted to a maintenance inventory management system 7 by a pats ID information input part 13 to automatically deliver maintenance parts. Consequently, the processing speed can be increased and the generation of errors can be reduced. |
