<p>PURPOSE:To improve the embossing property by forming a three-layer inorg. mat of the front and rear layers having a specified composition and an intermediate layer contg. a foaming agent, compressing and precuring the mat and curing the mat in a heated autoclave to expand and harden the mat. CONSTITUTION:From 30 to 60%, by weight, cement, 30-60% silica-contg. material such as quartz sand, 0-15% perlite 5-25% a flake having about 4.5mm average mash and <1mm thickness and/or 5 to 100-mesh wood meal and 30-45% water are mixed to obtain a mixture (A). Meanwhile, 30-60% cement, 30-60% silica- contg. material, 0-15% perlite, 5-25% ligneous fiber bundle, 0.5-5% expandable thermoplastic beads and 30-45% water are mixed to obtain a mixture (B). The mixture A is laid over a template in the form of mat, the mixture B is spread thereon in the form of mat, and the mixture A is further spread thereon in the form of mat. The laminate is compressed and prehardened at 10-20kg/cm<2> and 60-80 deg.C, then cured at 10-20kg/cm<2> and 160-185 deg.C in a autoclave, expanded and hardened to obtain an inorg. formed board having 0.9-1.1g/cm<3> density.</p> |
