The invention concerns leucotriene B4 analogues of formula (I), in which R1 is the residue COOR<2>, R<2> being a hydrogen atom or a (C1-C4)-alkyl group, or R<1> is the residue CH2OH, B is an alkylene group with 1 to 3 C-atoms in the chain, a residue (a) or a residue (b) in which R<3> is a hydrogen atom, a carboxyl group or a methoxycarbonyl group, A is the (c), -O-, (d), -NH-CO-, -CO-NH-, -OCH2-, -CH=CH-, (e), -COCH2- or -CHOH-CH2-group, X is N or CH, D is a (f) or (g) group and (h) is a single or double bond, as well as, optionally, the salts of these compounds with physiologically safe bases, methods of preparing them and their use in pharmaceutical preparations.
