PURPOSE:To form an interpenetrating network structure body by means of a simple method and enhance physical properties by blending a filler B having specified surface tension, melting and kneading the same when a thermoplastic compound C is method and kneaded with thermoplastic resin A as a matrix. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic compound C having surface tension in the relation of formula (1) or (2) is melted and kneaded with thermoplastic resin A as a matrix, and further a filler B having surface tension in the relation of formula (1) or (2) is blended thereon and melted and kneaded. A thermoplastic structure body in which components A and C form an interpenetrating network structure are formed. In the formula, Ast, Bst and Cst are the surface tensions of components A, B and C at the melt kneading temperature. In said structure, the filler B is contained in the thermoplastic compound C, and although the volume of theremoplastic compound C is small, the respective phases of the matrix resin and added resin form the network and also form a continuous phase of entangled structure. |
