The invention concerns a hydraulic recuperator test stand unit designed for testing a wide range of products with rotational movement while recovering and recycling the consumed energy. The hydraulic recuperator test stand consists of a main hydraulic circuit that insures the pressure liquid necessary to test a hydraulic engine, and a secondary hydraulic circuit that provide the pressure liquid that operates a system. In accordance with this invention, the test bench is equipped with a toothed coupling through which the hydraulic engine operates a pump that belongs to the secondary circuit.
