PURPOSE: To simply detect, monitor and further control characteristics of a sheet by providing a marking unit in a measuring device for detecting quality data of a print image, and providing an image evaluating unit between a scanner and a display unit. CONSTITUTION: A measuring device 12 has, for example, in response to functions, a densitometer 12A, a color measuring unit 12B, a register measuring unit 12C, a hand scanner 12D, and a marking 14. An image processor 35 is disposed between a computer 15, a manuscript identifier 32 and an image memory 21. A video cameral 7 records a marking 14 of the device 12. Positions are calculated by the identifier 32, and the data are filed in a coordinate memory 23. A print image B filed in the memory 21 is enlarged and displayed, details of printing are identifies, and a decision necessary for a quality management can be executed more satisfactorily. |
