The PC-beam is arranged to have at regular intervals a plurality of anchor bolts (2) and insert plates (3) puried in concrete on both sides of the beam for the insert plates each to have a tie rod screw-fitted. The each tie rod secures a bracket (10) to support sectional steel beams for supporting concret forms constructed over them without conventional form props. The PC-beams are usually prefabricated with brackets on ground to be set on the bridge pillars for constructing forms for concrete pavement of the bridge. The method removes the need of constructing form props to save the cost of bridge construction.
