摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To enhance close adhesiveness and interlaminar release strength by pretreating glass cloth with an urethane acrylate resin solution higher than an impregnating resin solution in the close adhesiveness to the glass cloth. CONSTITUTION:A base material row having glass cloths arranged on both outsides thereof is impregnated with an impregnating resin solution and the impregnated base materials are laminated and unified while a cover sheet and a metal foil are laminated to the laminated one and, after curing, the whole is cut into a desired dimension to prepare an electric laminated sheet. In this case, the glass cloths are preliminarily pretreated with an urethane acrylate resin solution higher than the impregnating resin solution in the close adhesiveness to the glass cloth. In order to improve the adhesiveness of the urethane acrylate resin solution, 2-50wt.% of a rubber component is pref. contained therein. Thereafter, the base materials are impregnated with a radical polymerizable type curable epoxy acrylate resin solution or a solution mixture of an epoxy acrylate resin and an unsaturated polyester resin as an impregnating resin. The mixing amount of the unsaturated polyester resin is 50-2000 pts.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of the epoxy acrylate resin.</p>
