<p>PURPOSE:To improve workability by crossing two or more muntins and horizontal muntins having stepped sections on one surface of a side surface or both the surfaces in the longitudinal direction, at right angles to compose square frames, and by forming the frames with flat plates mounted on the stepped sections in the frames. CONSTITUTION:On both side surfaces in the longitudinal direction, of muntins 1 for composing rafters, stepped sections 4 with flat plates 3 fixed to be mounted on are arranged symmetrically to the left and right, and horizontal muntins 2 provided with the stepped sections 4 in the same manner, and the muntins 1 are crossed at right angles, and are fixed, and batten panels are formed. After that, the batten panels are fixed on purlin girders or the like, and the panels are connected to each other by heaping up joints 5, 5a alternately, and the joist sections of the lower sections of the muntins 1 are connected to each other with bolts, nuts, and the like. Besides, into the frames of the joints 5, 5a, the flat plates 3 are fitted to be flush with the muntins 1, and into spaces between the stepped sections 4, 4a, joint members 6 are tightly fitted. As a result, the rafters and batters are omitted to be driven in, and the workability and safety of a structure can be improved.</p> |
