<p>PURPOSE:To create transfer program capable of applying a coating agent in the shortest time by comparing the calculated one-block time and two-block time by a shortest-time path determining means to determine the shortest-time transfer path. CONSTITUTION:A substrate size indicating a coating position range on a substrate is divided into plural blocks by a blocking means in a CPU 1, the transfer time of a coating head in one block is calculated by a one block time arithmetic means, and the transfer time of the head in two blocks is calculated by a two block time arithmetic means. The calculated one block time and two block time are compared by the shortest-time path determining means to determine the shortest-time transfer path. A transfer program in which the coordinate data are arranged by the shortest time transfer path is composed by a programming means. Accordingly, the program by which the coating heads are transferred between plural positions of the substrate and the coating agent is applied is created.</p> |
