<p>An exhaust path (31) penetrating through a portion of a vehicle's body (20) to exhaust air in a cabin (24) of a vehicle with an air-flow activating means (30) and a valve (34) which opens only when the fresh-air activating means (30) works, a fresh-air conducting path (41) penetrating through a portion of said vehicle's body (20) to conduct fresh-air into the cabin (24) with an air-flow activating means (40) and a valve (44) which opens only when the air-flow activating means (40) works, and an electric circuit which drives each of said air-flow activating means (30,40) and each of said valves (33,44) with electricity supplied from solar cells (10) mounted on an external face of said vehicle's body (20) to receive sunlight and generate electricity. <IMAGE></p> |
