The present invention relates to a device for measuring the contact between two conductors A and B, characterised in that it consists of:

  (a) a chassis made of an electric insulator;
  (b) two conducting clamps fixed firmly to the chassis and equipped with means by which each may be attached to one of these conductors A and B, each clamp being connected to one of the terminals of a current generator;
  (c) two metallic pins fixed firmly to the chassis and having means by which they are put into contact with each of the two conductors A and B, but inside the system formed by A and B lying between the connections of the clamps b with A and B.
