PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition having excellent adhesivity to metal, luster, solvent resistance, stain resistance, weather resistance and light resistance comprising a copolymer polyester resin, amino resin and a specific hindered amine compound in a specific ratio. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition comprising (A) 50-95 pts.wt., preferably 60-90 pts.wt. copolymer polyester resin (preferably amorphous polymer having 0.2-1.0dl/g reduced specific viscosity), (B) 5-50 pts.wt., preferably 10-40 pts.wt. amino resin (preferably methoxylated methylolmelamine or butoxylated methylolmelamine) and (C) 0.05-5 pts.wt., preferably 0.1-2 pts.wt. hindered amine compound [preferably bis(2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-piperidinyl) sebacate] shown by the formula (R1 is H or 1-30C monofunctional organic residue; R2 to R5 are 1-5C alkyl; n is >=1; R6 is n-functional organic residue). |
