The vacuum governor has vacuum diaphragm (2) for closing throttle valve (16) by sub-pressure of engine, valve (17) for adsorpting/connecting by solenoid, vacuum switch (12) for connecting vacuum pot (13), opening pot (14) or suction pot (15) by the valve (17) selectively, operating switch (24) for the vacuum switch connected by the load lever (23). The internal diaphragm (2) is formed for vacuum chamber (4) divided by the membrane (3) which free ends has projected rod (5) from outer. The vacuum chamber (4) of diaphragm (2) is connected to vacuum pot (13) of vacuum switch (12) by conduit (11).
