PURPOSE:To enhance efficiency by supporting a moving body rotatably by means of a bearing having struggling amount in the thrust direction larger than the amplitude of traveling wave or the waving amount of the sliding face of friction material. CONSTITUTION:A friction material 105 is bonded to the metallic moving body section of a moving body 104 and the outer race 103a of a bearing 103 is driven in the central part, and then the inner race 103b is set on the central shaft 109 of a moving body 106 thus constituting a motor. Struggling amount of the bearing 103 is set larger than the amplitude of the oscillation body 104 or the waving amount of the friction member 105. |
