<??>According to the invention, during the temperature-rise phase (a), the control device supplies the convection resistor continuously and the grill resistor according to a start-stop cycle of predetermined period (t1), whereas the microwave energy is applied periodically during each stoppage time (t3) of the grill for a duration of application (t4) such that, for a previously displayed setpoint time (t5), the said duration is equal to the shorter of either the setpoint (t5), or the stoppage (t3) time for the grill.
