CATALYST FOR DECOMPOSITION OF OZONE

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a catalyst for decomposition of ozone maintaining its performance even in coexistence with NOx and/or SOx by using MnO2 as a catalytic component and Al2O3 and/or SiO2 as the base of a carrier. CONSTITUTION:MnO2 is used as a catalytic component, Al2O3 and/or SiO2 is used as the base of a carrier and an oxide such as Co3O4 or WO3 is added as a catalytically active component. The resulting catalyst for decomposition of ozone has high durability in coexistence with NOx and/or SOx as well as high ozone decomposing performance.
