PURPOSE:To prevent faulty electrostatic charging in the case of forming an electrostatic latent image on an electrostatic recording paper at least every three primary colors from occurring and to obtain a high-definition color image by providing a temporary fixing means and a normal fixing means as a fixing means. CONSTITUTION:The electrostatic recording paper A where the electrostatic latent image for black is formed by an electrostatic latent image device 10a is fed to a developing device 20a, and the image is developed by attracting the toner for black. When it is fed to the temporary fixing device 30a, a flash lamp 31a is lighted to heat the toner and temporarily fix the image. The respective toner images of yellow, cyanogen and magenta formed by the electrostatic latent image devices 10b-10d are developed by the developing devices 20b-20d and tentatively fixed in the same manner. Finally, the normal fixing device 40 normally fixes the toner by allowing a pair of heated rolls 41 in press-contact with the recording paper A. Since the toner image is temporarily fixed on the recording paper with non-contact, the latent images of the respective colors are surely formed without causing the faulty electrostatic charging by crushing a spacer agent. |
