An enamine derivative of formula (I) <CHEM> wherein the groups R<1> are the same or different and each is a fluorine-containing substituent of the formula RfO- or (Rf)2N- in which Rf is fluoroalkyl, fluoroaryl or fluoroaralkyl; R<2> and R<3> are the same or different and each is alkyl, aryl, aralkyl, an alicyclic group or a heterocyclic group, or NR<2>R<3> is a 5- or 6-membered cyclic group, the groups R<2> and R<3> or NR<2>R<3> each independently optionally being unsubstituted or bearing one or more substituents; Ar<1> and Ar<2> are the same or different and each is aryl or arylene, Ar<1> and Ar<2> each independently optionally being unsubstituted except for the group or groups R<1> or bearing one of more substituents in addition to the group or groups R<1>; k is zero or 1; and m and n are the same or different and each is zero or an integer of 1 to 3, provided that m and n are not both zero is effective as a charge transport material in an electrophotographic member excellent in sensitivity, residual potential, durability and the like electrophotographic properties. Intermediates and production process are described.
