The fixing means comprises a feeding screw rods (11,11') mounted to a working stand (8), a potentiometer (15) operated by arms (9,9'), and a motor 910) controlled by a microswitches (17,17'). The lifting means comprises a working rods (25,25') moved up and down by rack (23) and pinion (22), a connector (36) connected to potentiometer (35), on which ends flow control valves (37,38) control cylinders (21,23).
