<p>PURPOSE:To correct fluctuation of an input data corresponding to a hand blur by sensing moving quantity in two directions. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with a read sensor 6, a read sensor I/F circuit 7, a spherical encoder 8, and a position defection sensor I/F circuit 9. A moving quantity measuring means is made up of the spherical encoder 8 employed for a pointing device or the like. Then data are edited based on the moving quantity calculated from the moving quantity measuring means. Thus, even when an inputted data is subject to distortion due to hand blur or the like, the data is corrected accurately at a high speed.</p> |
