PURPOSE:To automatically and perfectly wash the interior and exterior of an apparatus, by providing the rotary nozzle moving up and down mounted to the interior of the apparatus, the fixed nozzle mounted to the lower part of a main body and the nozzle moving up and down provided to the outer periphery of the apparatus and supplying high pressure water to the nozzles. CONSTITUTION:The lower part 4 of a main body, the connection part of a raw material container 3 and the center of the bottom part of the raw material container 3 are washed by a bottom part washing nozzle 21 and the washing solution used in the washing of the lower part 4 of the main body by a hot blowoff port washing nozzle 22 is discharged from the discharge port of the front surface of the main body. An upper rotary nozzle 15 falls to wash the interior of a fluidized bed apparatus and stops at the falling final point being the inner bottom part of the raw material container 3 to wash the bottom part and again rises to uniformly wash the inner wall of the container 4. Swing nozzles 23 present at four parts fall stop rise while swinging by 60 deg. in the up-and-down direction to wash the outside of the main body and the rotary nozzle 15 falls to wash off the washing solution introduced into the main body. |
